MaidServiceDxB.com™ was created to be incredibly flexible to your needs. Your maid can do a regular surface clean or a deep clean of any room or the entire apartment. Additionally, your maid can change sheets, clean dishes, wash and fold laundry, and help with light organizing. For laundry services, the machines must be in the apartment and you must provide detergent.  Simply go over what you're looking to have done when your maid arrives or add it to the special instructions section when booking.

Does MaidServiceDxB.com™ provide supplies?

Our cleaners carry supplies, such as glass and bathroom cleaner, vacuum, mop. It is optional to add cleaning supplies to your appointment.

Yes. MaidServiceDxB.com™ offers both on-demand service and scheduled service. Schedule a clean up to 45 days in advance for 8:00am-6: 00 pm right from our latest apps or online.

Are MaidServiceDxB.com™ cleaners good? 

Every one of the cleaners is employed by us extensively vetted, interviewed before they are hired. We conduct interviews, test cleans, reference checks, and background checks on all cleaners. which we hire directly we don't outsource employees every maid comes to your house or office is under our sponsorship and has a legal status in the UAE. 

Will I be guaranteed a maid?

We use cutting-edge technology to provide you with the service once you check the system it will show you real-time availability of our cleaners if you see a time slot available that means your guaranteed a booking.

Does MaidServiceDxB.com™ have insurance?

Yes, MaidServiceDxB.com™ is insured. all our cleaners are:

  • Have a Legal Status in the UAE 
  • Employed by us and under our sponsorship 

Do I need to be home for my cleaning?

No, but your maid needs to be able to access your apartment. If you live in a doorman building, you can leave the key with the front desk so you don't have to be there at all. If you don't live in a doorman building. you can give us a copy of your keys.

If you're not going to be home, just please remember to leave special instructions for your maid either in the app or on the counter!

Will I always have the same maid?

If you've had a maid you like (i.e. you rated highly) and they are available, we will automatically send them. we can also give you access to the maid's availability on our systems so that you can book her services also you can get an advantage of our monthly subscriptions which we guarantee the same maid for you.

Do I have to have an Android or iPhone to use MaidServiceDxB.com™?

No. While we only have apps for Android and iPhone, you can also book an appointment by visiting MaidServiceDxB.com on any internet-enabled phone or desktop computer.

Is it possible to cancel a booking?

Yes, you can cancel your clean or reschedule. once you book an order you will receive a confirmation email which outlines your cleaning request details you will see two buttons there ( Cancel Button ) and (Reschedule Button ) we don't charge cancelation fees and we always charge you after the service is delivered.
